Beautiful restored 4-door Empire style sideboard with mahogany veneer and marble top, from the second half of the 19th century, of French origin. The sideboard is completely original and DOES NOT REQUIRE RESTORATION (see photos). The sideboard is perfect in all its parts. The columns are all in mahogany veneer (the simpler ones are solid wood). The bronzes on the columns are original, as are the locks and keys. The polish was done with shellac using a tampon finish. The top of the sideboard is original 'Black Belgium' marble and is without breaks. If you look closely at the photos, you will notice some marks on the top; these are fossils.
