Needs refurbishment The RR126 radio-phonograph is one of the most iconic objects of 1960s pop design Brionvega "RR126," RR126 stereo radio-phonograph Dimensions: 38 x 122 x 76 cm It is difficult to discuss the RR126, which has become a cult object in many countries around the world, without recounting how it came to be and in what form it was first presented as "Primo"—with its wooden cabinet and speakers, crafted by skilled artisans, never identical, never "perfect," yet always splendid and unique. Primo was the first model made with the premium materials of the time—wood and aluminum—designed for a sophisticated, design-conscious audience. "The RR126 stereo radio-phonograph, a modular cabinet and musical robot with an expressive appearance, would achieve exceptional fame for its ease of use, playful formal simplicity, and meticulous attention to detail..."
