This elegant Louis XVI style writing desk is crafted from walnut and boxwood inlay, enhanced by a herringbone veneer that creates refined chromatic contrasts through alternating grain patterns. The interiors are made of oak wood, and the drawers have hand-dovetailed joints.
The rectangular top is covered in leather in a warm biscuit color, dry-stamped with a golden Greek key pattern around the edges, framed by a wooden border. It boasts two side pull-out drawers with bronze knobs, and two practical pull-out shelves on each side, also covered in leather, which extend the surface area by 28 cm per side.
