Eclectic lacquered and gilded console table. Inset marble top veneered in antique green, supported by turned, carved, and sculpted legs with foliate motifs and gilded scrolls. The frieze below the top features a pair of drawers with carved fronts depicting floral and foliate motifs with swirling designs, gilded on a lacquered background. The same carvings are repeated on the sides. Fir interiors. Italy, mid-19th Century.
