Elegant gilded wall console, made of gold leaf, with a shaped frieze decorated with asymmetrical volutes, a large carved shell in the center, and foliate elements. The top is made of brecciated marble in shades of purple-red with white and gray veining. The shelf is supported by a single, finely carved central leg.
