Pair of ancient bronze candelabra in Byzantine style

Antique pair of tripod bronze candelabra with lion feet, in a style derived from Byzantine-Romanesque models, finely chiseled with vegetal and faunal elements, with a pair of griffins on each side. The body features an oblique net with floral decorations and typical Greek crosses in the center. It is probable that these bronzes were created between the late 17th and early 19th centuries. The objects retain an exceptional patina. Measurements: 18cm width x 34cm height. A certificate of authenticity is attached to the sale.
