Description:
Oil on canvas. The original painting to which this refers, faithful even in size, belonging to a private collection, was exhibited in 2022 at the exhibition organized by the Museum of Santa Caterina in Treviso. The work depicts the Madonna with Child in the center, two saints on the right, almost isolated in their spiritual discussion, of whom the figure further to the right is Saint Catherine, recognizable by the attribute of the cogwheel; on the left, however, is Saint Joseph, depicted with youthful features, probably because he uses the traits of the client. The painting has been restored in the past. It is presented in a gilded, stylish frame.
