Description: Antique Egyptian Revival gueridon table in mahogany veneer with gilded bronze inserts from the second half of the 19th century.
The yellow Siena marble top rests on a frieze highlighted by expertly chiseled gilded bronze elements with vegetal motifs.
The four square-section legs are topped with Egyptian-style caryatid busts, an iconic element of Napoleon III taste.
The legs end in lion's paw feet and are connected by a curvilinear base with a bronze fitting in the center.
General Conditions: Restored by our master artisans using the traditional handmade shellac and alcohol method.
