Description: English card table in burr walnut and maple from the first half of the 19th century. The serpentine-shaped top features an all maple inlay with foliate motifs and rotates to reveal a storage compartment. The basket-like shape of the base is typical of the Victorian style and is enhanced by carved foliate details. Condition: Restored by our master craftsmen using the traditional hand-applied shellac and alcohol method. Origin: England, 19th Century. Measurements: 90x45 H72cm.
