Description:
Neoclassical walnut chest of drawers with mahogany, maple and walnut inlay. Three-part front with three drawers, 45-degree uprights, slightly truncated pyramidal feet. Worked and gilded bronze handles and escutcheons, top with a posthumous green Alpi marble insert. Fir interior, drawer bottoms replaced. Sicily, early 19th Century.
