Vienna 1810-15. Viennese Empire or early Biedermeier chest of drawers with a curved front. Veneered in flowering ash burl, with mirrored veneer to create attractive plays of grain from the excellent wood, typical of Viennese origin. In its original warm "golden" patina and with good wooden integrity. Consolidated and polished with shellac using a museum-standard technique, on its original patina. Ebonized columns with original lacquer. Vienna 1810-15. 121 cm wide, 63 cm deep, 84 cm high. Refined, elegant, sober yet cheerful antique piece of furniture with a warm, clear golden patina, perfect for combining with high-end modern pieces for an overall look of great elegance and prestige.
