Description:
Decorative mirror from the First Empire/Early Biedermeier period, Vienna, 1810-15. Mahogany veneered with maple details. In intact condition, finished with shellac applied with a pad using a museum-standard technique on the original patina. The glass part is also intact and original, with the magical, soft reflection of an antique mirror. Dimensions: 115 x 75 cm.
