ARM272 - Large lacquered four-door wardrobe, 19th century, dimensions cm W 295 x H 240 x D 60
Description:
ARM272 - Important nineteenth-century four-door wardrobe, made of solid wood and finished with elegant lacquered decoration, embellished with contrasting warm-colored threads and frames.
The furniture has an imposing and architectural structure, divided on the front by paneled doors framed by molded frames.
The back is missing, it rests directly on the wall.
The upper cymatium is enriched by a linear frieze that gives momentum and harmony to the whole, while the shaped base visually lightens the considerable volumetric presence.
The balanced proportions and the sober elegance of the lines recall the neoclassical taste widespread in Italy during the 19th century. Inside it offers ample storage capacity, ideal both for functional use and as a scenographic element in representative environments.
Furniture with great charm and decorative impact, perfect for classic furnishings or for creating refined contrasts in contemporary contexts.
