Important four-door cabinet in solid walnut, 18th century, Liguria.
The facade is structured with shaped panels with a curvilinear profile, typical of late-Baroque taste, finely molded and framed by a solid and balanced architectural structure. The doors, equipped with original brass locks and hardware, open to reveal a spacious interior.
The interior features pull-out shelves, typical of sacristy furniture, and two drawers at the bottom. The sides, also paneled, have two doors with internal shelves.
The strongly projecting cornice, with a broken profile and sinuous moldings, gives momentum and monumentality to the whole, while the base features very imposing bracket feet.
Dimensions: 259 cm height, 220 cm width, and 75 cm depth.
