Walnut display cabinet with inlays, mid-19th century
Description:
Splendid and refined display cabinet in solid walnut wood, adorned with fillets and inlays in fruit woods. The display cabinet is tripartite and convex, with knob feet and an undulated upper part. The glass is present on all three sides, with the central one being larger, where the key is present to open it to the shelves. The latter are four, covered in red fabric and ergonomic for storing objects inside. Great refinement is also given by the inlays, which cover almost the entire body of the piece of furniture, and are characterized by floral interweavings of various kinds. To give further elegance, there are also two sconces candlestick holders, on the respective sides of the central glass, in gilded and lost-wax cast bronze. This is a piece of furniture in excellent condition, of great taste and refinement, capable of giving a touch of class to the furnishings of any environment. Italian manufacture from the mid-19th century.
