The top and the door are made with a careful game of walnut graining, arranged symmetrically "open book", which creates an elegant decorative effect through the natural design of the wood grain, without the use of figurative inlays. The bedside table has undergone a careful and respectful restoration, which has preserved its authenticity: the structure is solid, without any missing parts, and the interior is finished with particular care, with fabric covering applied to the drawer and shelves, making it perfectly ready for use. It should be noted, consistent with the age of the cabinet, a slight curvature in the end parts of the legs, due to the natural settling of the wood over time, without any compromise of stability. On the top, on the upper left, there is a small shadow attributable to an old burn, well documented in the images, which does not affect the overall harmony of the furniture and testifies to its history.
