Pair of Wittmann Fledermaus chairs by Josef Hoffmann, in walnut-stained bent beech. Specifically designed in 1907 for the Fledermaus Cabaret in Vienna.The wooden guides and spheres on the joints are typical elements of the Hoffmann style. Seat and back upholstered with yellow velvet finish. Vienna, first half of the 20th century. Product Condition: Product that, due to age and wear, requires restoration and polishing.
