Red marble top. Provenance Lombardy Style Louis XVI Period 1780, Louis XVI Authenticity The cabinet is completely intact and original from the 18th century. Its integrity is also evident from the back. Truncated pyramid legs This leg shape is typical of Louis XVI furniture. In fact, it features straight lines rather than curved ones as in Louis XV. Quality The cabinet is finely inlaid throughout. The quality of the inlay and the rarity of the cabinet are primarily due to the complexity of the inlay on the front and sides.
