Elegant and rare tabernacle in painted papier-mâché, depicting Saint Barbara. The tabernacle represents an altar podium, with a throne on which the Saint sits, and with red draperies that adorn the whole. The Saint is depicted sitting on a golden throne, dark-skinned, with a halo and a book in her hand. At the base of the altar there are also two candle holders, which complete the ensemble.
