Large pair of vases of French origin from the Sevres manufactory of the 19th century. They have an amphora shape with a green lid, all decorated. The front part of the vases, enclosed within a gilded relief cartouche, depicts gallant scenes, while the rear part, also enclosed within a gilded cartouche, depicts river landscapes; the remaining part of the vases is completed with relief decoration, all in gold with foliage and micro-bead motifs. The pair of vases is enriched with elements in gilded bronze, all worked like the two side arms, the base, the knob of the cap grip and the connecting rings of the various parts of the vase.
