INLAID WORK TABLE, SECOND HALF OF THE 19TH CENTURY

Refined work table in solid walnut and ebonized wood, with inlays in fruit wood, walnut and ebonized wood. The table features curved legs, a top and shelf finely inlaid with geometric, floral and animal decorations, which enrich the piece of furniture with elegance. Further refinement is given by the presence of gilded bronze details, present along the bands of the top and shelf, at the corners with vegetal decorations, and finally the lock with key. The latter allows you to open the top, thus discovering a series of compartments for storing small objects and a mirror. French manufacture from the second half of the 19th century.
