Mahogany cabinet, second half of the 19th century
Description:
Elegant small cabinet in carved solid mahogany, with a marble top. The cabinet has a canted and curved shape, with moldings at the base and under the top. The cabinet also features decorative carvings on the sides with plant volutes and on the front with elliptical lozenges, which provide further elegance. Finally, the cabinet features a drawer and two doors, which open with a key to reveal two ergonomic shelves for storing items. It is a high-taste piece of furniture, capable of furnishing any environment with refinement. French manufacture from the second half of the 19th century (circa 1860).
