Flemish painting from the late 17th/early 18th century, measuring 90 x 70 cm without frame and 100 x 80 cm with a contemporary frame.
A significant characteristic of this painting is its strong gravity and solemnity in the execution of the religious figure's portrait, both from a physiognomic and anatomical point of view, utilizing a very pronounced line and sharper, darker colors.
The paintings and art objects published here are my exclusive property, and as a result, they are always available to be viewed in person, by appointment, at my exhibition locations in Sanremo and Brescia.
The artwork, like every object we offer, is sold with a photographic FIMA certificate of authenticity and lawful origin; this document identifies the object, adding value to the item.
We personally handle and organize the packaging and shipping of artworks with insurance worldwide.
