Antique Italian walnut filing cabinet with 12 drop-front drawers and one full-width drawer.

Description: Antique and delightful Italian filing cabinet, interesting for its small size (97x48 cm; h.152), supported by 4 truncated pyramid legs: made of walnut in the early 1900s and composed of 13 drawers, 12 with a drop-down front (37x37 cm; h.10) positioned in two rows of six with original brass handles (photo n°9) while, in the lower part, we find the 13th full-width drawer (80cm; h.17) with two coeval handles (photo n°10). Laterally, two lateral frames with a lock to block the opening of the 12 drawers and the lower drawer. All the hardware is original. Suitable for any environment, as a piece of furniture in a home or study, the drawers having the size for folders: the useful size of the 12 drawers (internal) is 37x37cm; h.10. It is in a good state of conservation: the price includes a perfect restoration, but if you prefer to contact your restorer, you can buy it in its current state, deducting the cost of the restructuring that you will find on the Restoration Estimate.
