Description:
Rare pair of embossed and silvered brass chandeliers, each with eighteen lights arranged on two concentric orders. The central structure rises with elegant volutes and openwork plant motifs, with acanthus leaf applications and finely crafted naturalistic details. The two chandeliers were part of ecclesiastical furnishings. The silvering is not visible because over time it has completely oxidized.
