DARS675 - Antique safe with internal structure in walnut and iron cladding decorated with studs. Origin: Italy, second quarter of the 19th century. Front with door decorated with diamond-shaped elements and faces applied in a bronze classical style; door lock mechanism in steel decorated with rosettes, foliage frets, and engraved phytomorphic elements. Interior equipped with document compartments, six drawers, a pair of shaped shelves, and a compartment located in the lower part, the latter hidden under a drop-down door with a lock. Keys present. Minor flaws. This piece is attributed to the designer/manufacturer indicated.
