Elegant English trumeau from the Victorian era, based on a George III model. The base features two doors and a compartment with a roll-top (scarabattolo) accessible via a sliding maple door, showcasing small drawers and open compartments, a sliding top covered in Moroccan leather; the upper section has two glass doors set in a wooden grid, with adjustable shelves; the moving cymatium (cornice) with curls is inlaid with a classic Greek key pattern and a central rosette. The entire surface is veneered in citronnier wood with mahogany borders, threading and inlays made of maple, mahogany, and ebony.
