Elegant set of six solid walnut chairs, made in Veneto around 1830, during the Charles X era. The chairs, also known as the "Gondola" model for the characteristic shape of the wraparound backrest, feature a refined central carving with foliage motifs and neoclassical-style curls.
The curved and shaped backrest harmoniously connects with the saber front legs, giving the profile a lively and balanced line. The seats are upholstered in sand-colored striped fabric, in good condition.

Condition: good overall condition. They show small signs of aging, slight dents and woodworm holes.
