The pair of benches was made in Turin in the neoclassical period, towards the end of the 18th century. The structure is made of lacquered wood in ocher yellow, light blue, and ivory white. The seats feature a carving that designs raised frames creating decor and movement to the band beneath the seat. The legs originate with a double-flattened sphere element from which the fluted and inverted truncated cone leg departs. They are finished on all four sides and therefore can be placed in the center of rooms without necessarily having to be placed against walls. Very elegant and decorative, characterized by a pleasant light color scheme, they can be easily placed in multiple environments, such as entrances and corridors, living rooms and studies, or bedrooms. The neoclassical taste also adapts very well to antique or modern furnishings.
Four stools belonging to the same set are also available.
