The four stools or small benches were made in Turin during the neoclassical period, towards the end of the 18th century. The structure is made of lacquered wood in ocher yellow, sugar paper blue and ivory white. All the seats have a carving that draws raised frames that create decoration and movement to the band under the seat. The legs originate with a double flattened sphere element from which the fluted leg and inverted truncated cone depart. They are finished on all four sides and therefore can be placed in the center of rooms without necessarily having to be leaned against walls. Very elegant and decorative, characterized by a pleasant light color, they can be easily inserted into multiple environments, such as entrances and corridors, living rooms and studies or bedrooms. Furthermore, the neoclassical style adapts very well to antique or modern furnishings.
A pair of benches belonging to the same living room is also available.
