Elegant in the movements of the drapery that falls in tight pleats to the ground, held by a belt at the waist like a Greek kore, the Annunciate Virgin also wears a cloak that falls softly from her shoulders. The beautiful oval face, with perfect and regular features, is framed by wavy locks that accentuate her solemn expression.
