Murano chandelier with six lights in clear crystal and pale pink glass. (1940s/50s)
Description:
A particular "ethereal" Murano chandelier with six arms facing downwards, with blown cups and pinch-pulled lace in pale pink.
Flowers with pinch-pulled petals also in pale pink, "torchon" stems and staggered arrangement on the crest (garden) to make the whole set particularly elegant.
The "finalino" of the chandelier has a characteristic "button" shape, certainly desired by the person who commissioned it in Murano.
Chandelier of excellent workmanship and proportions.
It should be noted that between the 1930s and 1950s, many Murano chandeliers had arms sloping downwards and their proportions showed a greater width than height.
Murano - 1940s / 1950s approx.
Measurements: height cm. 56 width cm.75
