Beautiful portrait attributable to the circle of Bonifacio Bembo (exp. Cabinet Turquin Paris) active in Lombardy in the second half of the 15th century.
The style of these 2 portraits (sold separately) is similar to that of the Convent of the Colomba near Cremona.
There are ancient restorations present, the tablets certainly were part of a painted ceiling, just like that of the Colomba.
