Large extendable round parade table, in walnut, with a central leg. Veneered on the band with lace, inlaid with double fillets on the top and on the band.
The leg splits when the table is extended through its large parallel guides mounted on the underside of the top, also in solid walnut.
It is a palace table, due to its large size. The construction quality is of high cabinet making. It is therefore part of rare pieces of furniture for the antique sector.
The table is in good condition, but if you want to use it extended, it needs an overhaul for the sliding of the large guides and extensions. "It is possible, on request, to have a restoration estimate done in our laboratories".
Period: early 1800s (1815/20)
Style: Transition between the Retour d'Égypte and Charles X.
