The work presents all the stylistic and pictorial characteristics of the best production of the Master of Antwerp Frans Franken II, known as the younger to distinguish him from his homonymous father, and was made in his famous workshop around 1630.
The particularly warm and bright colors, which have remained perfectly unaltered, are of rare beauty and contribute to making the painting a jewel more unique than rare.
