Early 20th-century Russian roll-top desk, finished on all sides, made of oak with a sliding tambour cover that provides access to the writing surface and open compartments, as well as small drawers for mail and stationery, a sliding top, hinged sides, and pull-out shelves on the sides. The label is partially written in Cyrillic, "Toprhpeactbo C.C.C.P. ... ? 25."
