Mannequin depicting a female figure. Tuscany, 1700s

Exceptional mannequin depicting a female figure with articulated upper limbs. The artifact is masterfully executed; we note the refinement of the hands, the right hand holding a pomegranate seed, a symbol of prosperity and good luck, the face with splendid polychromy, with a fixed, almost hieratic but at the same time smiling and enigmatic gaze. The lower part features a cage with poplar slats. The mannequin is in perfect condition and has not undergone any restoration work. Its origin is Tuscany, Louis XV period. It measures 77 cm in height, the base measures 32 cm x 24 cm. Like all our objects, it is sold with a certificate of authenticity according to law and can be shipped throughout Italy in maximum security.
