Antique Italian painting from the first half of the 17th century. Oil on canvas artwork of remarkable pictorial quality depicting the portrait of Laura Dianti, official lover of Alfonso I d'Este. There are several versions of the original by Titian Vecellio present in large museums, such as in Rome at the Galleria Borghese and in Modena at the Galleria Estense. The lady is portrayed in a sumptuous dress rich in lace and precious ornaments while the hairstyle is complex and surmounted by a showy diadem. Large and scenic 19th century frame in carved and gilded wood, with some signs of aging. Artwork already restored with relining, replacement of the frame and repainting of the color in small spots. Overall in excellent condition. Internal size H 55 x W 64 cm.
