Description:
This mid-18th century piece of furniture is made entirely of walnut and walnut burl and maintains small and interesting dimensions, characterized by a slight movement of the front part commonly called "crossbow". The movement of the legs, which continues in the lower curve, is beautiful.
The veneer creates wood effects that create large rectangular squares on both the drawers and the sides.
The external iron fittings are beautiful and of the period, and the old internal lock placed in the lower drawer is built in such a way that it simultaneously closes the upper drawer as well.
The furniture has been recently cleaned and polished and is in a good state of conservation, despite some minor defects.
Its contained measurements are rare: 113cm in length x 87cm in height x 56 cm in depth.
