Beautiful pair of vases created during the transition period between Art Nouveau and Art Deco. They are attributed to Johann von Schwarz and, in particular, published in a book about his artistic director and main designer, Carl Sigmund Luber; due to some characteristics, the attribution to Otto Ekmann is also suggested. There are different versions of these vases that differ in both colors and sizes. This is the largest version, with the vases measuring a total of sixty cm! The bronze mounting is particularly refined. The state of conservation is excellent. On the bottom of one of the vases is the label of the company HONEGGER, rue President-Carnot 6, Horlogerie et Bronzes d'Art of Lyon, famous for the quality and rarity of the objects treated (see photo).
