Alabaster mantel clock with a portico-style case featuring four columns and bronze capitals supporting the architrave, which is adorned with small rosettes. The base is also decorated and supported by four circular feet. Gilt brass dial with Roman numeral hour markers in black, and blued steel "oeil" (pear-shaped) hands. Paris-type movement, with a wide anchor escapement. Strikes the hours and half hours.
