Refined gaming table dating back to the Restoration period (1830/40) made of mahogany. I am attaching photographs taken from an interesting book showing a very similar example dated around 1830/35.
The furniture is presented following the recently completed restoration, including: anti-woodworm treatment, restoration of the structure, care of the veneering, cleaning and hand polishing based on real shellac applied with a swab.
The table measures 53.5 cm W, 36 cm D and 70 cm H when closed. When open it measures 71 cm W, 36 cm D and 70 cm H.
