Antique Empire walnut and burr walnut writing desk

Refined writing desk from the Napoleonic Empire period (early 1800s), of Emilian origin. The wood used is walnut, solid in the characteristic plinth legs, and veneered on the bands and on the top. The latter is further enriched by a perimeter maple thread that defines an elegant burr border. The large drawer serves it generously. Dimensions (cm): Length 87, Width 60, H 80.
