Elegant oval mirror of Parisian origin, in full Louis Philippe style (1830/48).
The frame body has a double groove, the larger of which is enriched with a chased design.
Inside, the mirror has a "torus" recalling the floral motifs present at the base of the mirror.
While in the upper pediment, at the center of the latter we find the representation called "scorpion back", an element appreciated and sought after by collectors.
