This elegant center table or gueridon was made in France, towards the end of the 19th century, in the style of the Louis XVI era.
The double-top marble furniture has a chiseled and gilded bronze structure: the curvilinear legs converge towards the center in which a small support surface is placed. They end with three elegant volutes to support the larger circular top. The three feet end in a chiseled goat's paw.
Designed to be used as a center table, it is perfect to be placed between sofas and armchairs or near a corner wall of a living room, study or entrance hall, possibly housing a lamp or a vase on top. Its elegant and light line makes it suitable for both a room with antique furnishings and modern taste.
