Venetian mirror from the mid-18th century

MIRROR, VENICE Carved and gilded wood, decorated with stylized leaves on a band adorned at the corners with foliage volutes, external border carved with gadroons departing from the centers and extending obliquely to the corners, large open-work crest centered by a mercury mirror engraved with a flowered vase between wide foliage volutes enriched by flowers that fall on the sides and surmounted by a rich rocaille motif.
