Horse, one of nine sculptures depicting animals of different species, entirely covered in fur; each animal rests on a wooden base, three of which have a label underneath indicating the name of the author, Fratin, a naturalist. The animals represented are quadruped mammals: bison, bovine, cow nursing calf, horse, elk, ibex, tiger, lion, bear.
