Antique Sheffield silver soup tureen, vegetable bowl silver plate 800

Description: Precious small soup tureen in silver plate of American manufacture produced by the well-known Gorham Mfg Co silver soldered in the late 1800s as can be seen from the stamping under the base. The soup tureen is finely worked on the edge and on one side monogrammed in Victorian style with the initials “A J ” superimposed on a symbol attributable to an eye.   Being a vintage item, signs of wear due to time and use are to be expected.   Dimensions: base cm9.5 x cm 7.5 maximum width cm 19.5 x cm 11.5 height cm 19 weight gr 579 Price € 389.00
