Rococo drop-front desk of Tuscan production, supported by curved legs, the lower band is shaped both on the front and on the sides; on the curved crossbow front it has two drawers surmounted by a drop-leaf door concealing a desk with compartments and drawers. Veneered in olive wood with ebonized threads and bois de rose, the internal writing surface is also finished with the same motifs; interior in fir and poplar. The piece of furniture has handles with enameled medallions representing landscapes; the keyhole escutcheons are a later addition.
