Pair of rare Genoese gilded wooden curtain tiebacks from the early 1800s, with an iron curtain support arm - They are intact, even in their original gilding.
The iron is inserted into a ring on the wall, and the curtain is placed on the arm and held in place by the gilded wooden frieze.
I have others, but not of this elegant Genoese origin.
Measurements: diameter 10 cm x thickness 3 cm. The metal arm is 25.5 cm long. The total size is 29 cm.
